Do you supply retail or bulk/wholesale orders?Orders
We mainly focus on bulk supply and wholesale building materials. Pallet-size and project orders are ideal.
How do I request a quote?Orders
Send your requirements to sales@nutechardware.com. Include:
  • Item names + thickness/finish (if applicable)
  • Sizes and quantities
  • Delivery address (or collection branch)
  • Cutting list (if needed)
What information should I include to get an accurate quote?Orders
The more detail you provide, the faster and more accurate the quote. We recommend:
  • Product type (e.g. Nutec board / shutterply / roof sheets)
  • Exact sizes (mm preferred) and quantities
  • Required cuttings (if any)
  • Delivery location and site access notes (if delivery)
  • Any deadlines or preferred dates
Can you quote using a plan or layout?Orders
Yes — you can email a plan or basic layout, and we can use it as a reference to estimate quantities and recommend materials. Final quantities are confirmed from your approved item list/cutting list.
Do you help with selecting the right materials?Orders
Yes. Tell us what you’re building (walls, cladding, roofing, ceilings, partitions, etc.) and we’ll recommend suitable options and sizes.
Do you offer nationwide supply?Orders
We can arrange supply based on order size and location. Share your delivery address and quantities for confirmation.
Do you require payment before processing orders?Payments
For many orders — especially special orders and items requiring cuttings — payment is usually required before processing. We may offer a deposit option depending on the order (subject to confirmation).
Can I pay a deposit for roof sheets or special orders?Payments
In many cases, yes. A deposit can be arranged with the balance payable before dispatch/collection. We’ll confirm the payment terms on your quote or proforma invoice.
When is an order confirmed?Payments
Your order is confirmed once the quote/proforma is accepted and the required payment (or deposit) reflects, and we’ve confirmed stock/lead time.
Do you deliver?Delivery
Yes, delivery can be arranged depending on your order size and location. Delivery pricing is based on distance, vehicle size and load handling.
Can I collect from your branches?Delivery
Yes. We’ll advise you once your order is ready for collection (especially if cutting is required).
How long does delivery take?Delivery
Delivery time depends on stock availability, cutting/processing time, and your location. We’ll confirm lead time when quoting.
Do you deliver to sites with limited access?Delivery
Please tell us about any access limits (narrow roads, height restrictions, steep driveways, no offloading space). This helps us quote correctly and plan the right vehicle.
Do you assist with offloading?Delivery
Offloading requirements depend on the delivery arrangement. If your site needs special offloading support, mention it when requesting the quote.
Do you offer cutting services for boards and sheets?Cutting
Yes — cutting can be arranged on many board/sheet orders. Send a clear cutting list with sizes and quantities.
What format should my cutting list be in?Cutting
We recommend:
  • Measurements in mm (or cm if specified)
  • Quantity per size
  • Board thickness/type
  • Notes like “edges must be clean” or “label pieces by room” (optional)
Will you include offcuts?Cutting
Offcuts can be included if requested. Please confirm whether you want offcuts delivered/collected with the order.
Can I change my cutting list after ordering?Cutting
Changes may be possible if cutting has not started. Send changes immediately via email with “URGENT CUTTING UPDATE” in the subject line.
Do cuttings affect lead time?Cutting
Yes. Cuttings can add processing time depending on the volume and complexity. We’ll confirm expected timelines on your quote.

Do you sell decor or wallpapers?Products
No — we do not sell decor or wallpapers. Our focus is construction materials and bulk supply.
Do you stock multiple sizes and thicknesses?Products
Yes — many products come in various sizes and thickness options. Share what you need and we’ll confirm what’s available or best suited.
Can you recommend the correct board for walls/cladding?Products
Yes. Tell us whether it’s internal or external use, and the structure type, and we’ll recommend the right board option and thickness.
Do you supply materials for Nutec home projects?Products
Yes — we can supply materials for Nutec-based structures and related building requirements. Send your plan size and requirements for a tailored quote.
Do you issue quotes, invoices, and proforma invoices?Accounts
Yes. We provide quotes and invoices, and can issue proforma invoices when required for payment processing.
